Chris Saridakis
President
Chris Saridakis has served as president of GSI since June 2011. Previously, Saridakis was the chief executive officer of GSI's Global Marketing Services division. He joined GSI from Gannett Co., Inc., a leading news and information service, where he served as senior vice president and chief digital officer since 2008 and head of Gannett Marketing Services. Prior to Gannett, he was CEO of PointRoll, and helped build the company into the leader in rich media, serving the world's top creative and media ad agencies. He has also served as senior vice president and general manager of DoubleClick's Global TechSolution division.

Paul Cataldo
Legal
Paul Cataldo is senior vice president and general counsel of GSI. Cataldo has served in a variety of positions within GSI's legal department for the past 12 years. Prior to joining GSI, Cataldo practiced law with the Philadelphia-based law firm of Blank Rome LLP.

Scott Guilfoyle
Chief Technology Officer
Scott Guilfoyle is the chief technology officer for GSI. Prior to joining GSI, Scott served as senior vice president of platform services and CTO for PayPal, where he led platform operations, product development, information security, corporate information technology and corporate architecture. Prior to joining PayPal, he was the chief information officer (CIO) for Interactive Corporation's financial services and real estate division, overseeing sites including LendingTree, GetSmart, HomeLoanCenter and Realestate.com. Guilfoyle also served as CIO for Bank of America Card Services. He began his career at GE, holding key technology leadership positions including CIO of GE Plastics, Americas and GE Engine Services.

Scott Hardy
Executive Vice President, Strategy and Client Services
Scott Hardy joined GSI as executive vice president, strategy and client services in May 2007. Prior to GSI, Hardy led the consumer markets segment in the Americas at BearingPoint, Inc., a global management and technology consulting company, where he oversaw some of its largest commercial engagements in areas such as business transformation, customer management, and merchandising. He has also held posts as vice president at The Garr Consulting Group, a subsidiary of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and Camco Paints/Wallpaper Atlanta.

Tobias Hartmann
Global Operations
Tobias Hartmann is chief executive officer of GSI's Global Operations organization. He joined GSI from D+S GmbH, a leading European customer management group offering customer service, billing solutions and end-to-end ecommerce services, where he served as the chief operating officer of D+S, a position he held since 2005. Prior to his role with D+S GmbH, he was with Loyalty Partner GmbH serving as a member of the Management Board, and he was part of creating Europe's leading loyalty platform with more than 30 million participating cardholders. He oversaw Loyalty Partner's brand management, database marketing, customer service and fulfillment operations, IT, account management and rewards program. His experience also includes working for international top management consultancy firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in France and Germany.

John Healy
Global Marketing Services Products
John Healy is the head of global marketing services products for GSI. He began his career in consumer packaged goods at Pepsi and then expanded his expertise to include marketing services as the leader of marketing for ADVO, Inc. the nation's largest direct mail organization. He has held senior leadership positions with well established omni-channel marketing services companies, including R.L. Polk, Equifax, DoubleClick, PRIMIS Marketing Group and most recently he served as CEO of Dydacomp, a leading commerce technology platform solution provider focused on growing their retailer client's business across all selling channels. He has been helping retailers and ecommerce companies for the past 20 years acquire and maintain customers using data and technology as an effective and efficient way for them to grow their business.

Reuben Hendell
Global Agency Services
Reuben Hendell is the chief executive officer of Global Agency Services for GSI. He joined GSI from MRM Worldwide, one of the world's top five digital marketing agencies, where he served as CEO since 2004. Prior to MRM, Hendell was an executive vice president at Digitas for 10 years, where he was a key contributor to the company's growth. He has successfully built some of the world's leading direct marketing and digital agency businesses. With more than 20 years of experience, Hendell has counseled some of the world's top brands in their quest to create customer engagement and loyalty while maximizing their return on marketing investment.

Bill Mills
Corporate Development
Bill Mills is the chief financial officer and head of corporate development of GSI Global Marketing Services. Before coming to GSI, he served as the senior vice president of Corporate Development at Forbes Media, the CEO and CFO at Zingy Inc., and vice president of Corporate Development at DoubleClick Inc..Prior to DoubleClick Inc., he served as a director of Media Investment Banking at Saloman Brothers and an associate director of investment Banking Media and Entertainment Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He has a broad experience and success in accounting, financial management, M&A and capital raising.

Damon Mintzer
Strategic Business Development
Damon Mintzer is executive vice president of strategic business development for GSI. Previously, Mintzer served as GSI's executive vice president of sales from July 2004 to February 2011, and as president and chief operating officer of GSI Commerce West, a wholly owned subsidiary of GSI, from June 2001 to November 2006. From October 1999 to May 2001, he worked for WHN.com, a developer and operator of ecommerce businesses for entertainment companies. He first served as vice president of business development and then as senior vice president and general manager of one of WHN's two business units. From 1998 to October 1999, he served as director of sales for the Asia Pacific region for Modus Media International, Inc., a supply chain services company. From 1995 to 1998, he served as director of business development for Modus Media International/Stream International, which was a subsidiary of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co.

Scott Rosenberg
Finance & Accounting
Scott Rosenberg is the chief financial and accounting officer for GSI. Rosenberg began his career as a senior accountant at Grumman Data Systems. He also held senior financial and marketing leadership positions within consumer goods and retail companies, including HJ Heinz, Pillsbury, Lenox, Brach’s Confections, and J. Crew Group. Most recently, Rosenberg served as Senior Vice President and CFO for global ecommerce services at GSI. He has been a strategic leader with proven success in driving significant financial improvement and shareholder value for over 20 years, with both retailers and ecommerce companies.
Marialena Ziska
Marketing & Communications
Lena Ziska is head of corporate marketing and communications at GSI. Prior to joining GSI in 2008, Lena was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Primavera Systems, Inc., the world’s leading project and portfolio management software company where she led product and industry marketing, marketing communications and demand generation. Before Primavera, Lena had a very successful 11 year career at General Electric in a variety of marketing, strategic account sales, business development and start-up roles.
